Sunset Country Club, is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Sumter, South Carolina.

Sunset Country Club first opened for play in 1922. The course was designed by Donald Ross. The course was updated by John LaFoy in the 1990's, 

Sunset offers enough variety to challenge any skill level. This shot-maker's course has very small greens. The fairways are tree lined, and one pond comes into play on two holes.

The signature hole is #12, a 420-yard, par 4, requiring a long tee shot up a fairway protected by a large pond, then an approach shot to a peninsula green.
